Claim your organization

Search your organization's name or enter its EIN. We check it against a local copy of IRS records — Publication 78, the tax-exempt Business Master File, and the auto-revocation list — right now, not in a queue. Then we email you a confirmation link: click it from your organization's own email address and your org code is issued on the spot. Personal email addresses (Gmail, Yahoo, and similar) and a few IRS-side cases (churches, group exemptions) need a quick human look first, usually 1–2 business days.
