What you get
Salesforce's Power of Us program donates 10 Enterprise Edition licenses — your pick of Agentforce Nonprofit or Sales & Service — and the donated licenses have no expiry date. Additional licenses, products, training, and events come discounted. It's one of the few programs open to 501(c)(4)s and fiscally sponsored organizations, though hospitals and academic medical centers are excluded.
How to redeem
- Gather your EIN, IRS determination letter, and a signed executive or board authorization.
- Apply through the Power of Us program page.
- Choose the donation: 10 Agentforce Nonprofit EE licenses or 10 Sales & Service EE licenses.
- Set up your org, then add discounted licenses and products as you grow.

Worth knowing
Hospital FOUNDATIONS eligible while hospitals and academic medical centers are excluded (arm-vs-entity carve-out). Multi-designation orgs may only use licenses for the 501(c)(3)/(c)(4) entity. K-12: standalone schools/districts/CMOs eligible; district must acknowledge no additional donations. Free clinics may qualify despite the healthcare exclusion. Documentation revalidation on request rather than annually.
