What you get

Tableau donates a two-year subscription covering both Tableau Desktop and Prep Builder through TechSoup, for a $74 admin fee — or $37 if you hold a TechSoup Plus membership. Organizations can request up to five per fiscal year as long as their annual budget stays at $5 million or under. Grantmaking foundations and non-secular religious organizations are excluded.

How to redeem

  1. Qualify your 501(c)(3) or IMLS-listed public library with TechSoup.
  2. Request the Tableau Desktop + Prep Builder offer (product G-49474).
  3. Pay the $74 admin fee ($37 for TechSoup Plus members).
  4. Install and activate with the license key Tableau sends.

Worth knowing

Also excludes 'Section 501(c)(1) organizations with 50 percent deductibility' — too narrow for the enum. Religious orgs eligible only with secular community designation (serves all faiths, doesn't propagate one, separate EIN).
